Since the body and mind are connected, emotional issues can cause a physical imbalance in the body and vice versa. Stress, lack of exercise, poor diet, and suppressed emotions can all contribute to physical disease as well as to emotional instability. By releasing suppressed emotions and reflecting on personal feelings, one can become more in tune with themselves and achieve greater empowerment. Once emotional issues are addressed, one is able to move forward in healing the body mind and soul.
