Thai Yoga Classes
In the Thai Yoga classes you will learn the basics of meditation, stretching and perform up to 18 postures to improve balance, focus and clear the mind, relieve pain and stiffness and become more flexible.
Thursday Evenings at 6pm (1.5 hrs) from January 19th, 2012 to February 23rd. 6 week series $72.00 plus HST
Usui Reiki Level 1
This two day course introduces you to Reiki Healing through discussion and hands on experience. You will learn what Reiki is, how it works and how to heal yourself and others. Learn how to do self treatments as well as giving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions. Manual and certification included.
January 13th and 14th. Fee is $150.00 + HST.
Usui Reiki Level 2
In this two day course you will learn Usui Reiki Symbols, distance healing as well as scanning and beaming Reiki energy. Lots of hands on experience! Manual and Certification included.
March 30th and 31st (5pm-9pm Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday) Fee is $250.00 + HST
Usui Reiki ART and Reiki Master
